Your path to joining the d.vinci team

Transparency is important to us. If you decide to apply, we will embark on this journey together to see if it's a good fit.

You can easily apply for the job that suits you online using our application form. You will then receive confirmation of receipt of your application from our People & Culture team.
A look at your documents
The People & Culture team will review your documents and, if necessary, request further information and documents from you. Your application will then be forwarded to the relevant department for further consultation.
We want to get to know you
Does your profile appeal to us? Then we would like to get to know you personally as soon as possible and arrange an initial 60-minute video interview. Participants in the initial interview will be a member of our department and Franziska or Rafael from the People & Culture team.
Getting to know each other on site
Have you convinced us, and do you also feel the d.vinci spirit? Then we cordially invite you to come and meet us at our beautiful office in Hamburg-Hammerbrook. As part of our peer recruiting process, you will get to know the team and other colleagues personally and have the opportunity to engage in deeper discussions with us.
